I'm Haley Selarnick, a licensed psychotherapist in New York and Florida, and I help young adults find their footing and live more like themselves.

Most of my clients come in feeling stuck. They are stuck in anxious thought loops, stuck in relationship patterns they can't seem to break, or stuck managing OCD on their own without the right tools. Some are navigating fertility challenges or untangling complicated dynamics with a parent. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep managing it alone.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts, couples and relationship therapy, life transitions, and fertility-related stress. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), adapted to who you actually are.
How I work
Sessions with me are conversational. I ask open-ended questions and we dig into how you experience the world, not just what's happening on the surface. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty to the work, and I take you seriously.
I believe that most problems are, at some level, relational and connected to how we learned to see ourselves and others. Understanding that context is usually where real change starts.
