The Open Door Approach

Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not a performance. I bring openness, compassion, humor, and genuine connection to every session. My goal is to make the process feel less daunting and more like something you actually look forward to.

What are my options?

Individual Talk therapy

45 to 50 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly. A dedicated space to slow down, explore what's going on, and start making sense of it. Most clients come in dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or patterns they keep repeating and can't figure out why.

Exposure and Response Prevention

45 or 90 minutes. ERP is the gold standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD and phobias. If intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or rituals are running your day, this is the most effective approach available. Sessions are structured and collaborative — we move at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you.

Couples Therapy

50 minutes. Goal-oriented sessions for partners who want to communicate better, repair after conflict, or figure out where they stand. We'll identify a shared goal and work toward it together.
